About Us
Sukumar Memorial Minority Education Society
Since there is a need of support in rural areas for Education and betterment of Women and Children, this NGO was started.
Established in 2014, Sukumar Memorial Minority Education Society is a Non-profit organization working in Bidar(D), Karnataka. Our goal is to reduce poverty, Empower women and increase literacy rate in rural and urban areas of the country.

OUR MISSION
We empower people and culture towards racial healing, equity, and reconciliation. To implement various programs to empower especially rural women and children through various spheres of life. Strengthen the socio-economic scenario in the country.
Our Programs
Skill Development Workshop
Skill development workshop was conducted and the aspirants were enthusiastic and they had a very interactive session with the speaker where 50 youth attended the program.
Sports Activities
Sports activities such as cricket, throwball, athletics and yoga are taught to rural poor children to enable them to participate in the overall developmental programs and tap their talents and bring them to the main stream of the society.

Skill development program
Every 3 months, we are organizing a skill development program for children. On 15-5-22, organized an event at our school.

Orphan children care
All the children are either orphans or single parents and are abandoned by their relatives. They lack education and proper care because of their ignorance. They have nowhere to go and they face stigma from society. They are desperately in need of support to live an independent and dignified life. In our school, we are providing safe accommodation, nutrition, education, and healthcare to children.
